– On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room, 1 TV room and library, and 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets.
– On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and 1 bedroom on 2 levels with 1 double bed, a loft with a single bed, and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
On summer evenings, you can enjoy the pleasure of a dinner on the veranda, or if you are with friends, you can use the large table on the patio beside the house, spacious yet private thanks to the protection of the numerous shrubs that surround it.

Why ``Casa della Musica``? This villa with a pool for rent in the Marche region is named after the famous pianist and orchestra conductor Leone Magiera, who owns it and spends short vacation periods here every year.
That’s why you’ll find an ``exceptional`` host waiting for you at the house: a grand piano that the musician has left as a decorative piece. Unfortunately, the piano is no longer usable, but it exudes experience and history from every corner.
Additionally, the villa is surrounded by a garden with many trees, flowers, and aromatic plants that fill the air with Mediterranean scents. From here, you have an unbeatable view of the surrounding countryside and the ancient village of Ostra. Honestly, don’t you already feel more relaxed?
Our villa with a private pool in the Marche region is located 1.5 km from the small village of Ostra and just 15 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast.
You can easily reach the village of Ostra on foot, where you will find a small supermarket. In the surrounding countryside, there are many places to buy fresh vegetables and other local products.
The area is known for its high-quality wines, such as Lacrima di Morro d’Alba, which can be purchased at the nearby Azienda Agricola Landi
